No personal information will be released and we will not use your contact details to send advertising unless specified by the customer.   • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, we ship merchandise to locations within Australia and New Zealand. Estimated shipping times vary depending on the distance your order has to travel, it may take between 1 to 5 business days to reach its destination when shipping within Australia. When shipping to New Zealand estimated delivery times can vary between 3-10 working days. Orders made before 1pm will be shipped on the same day. Your order will not be guaranteed same day shipping on Saturday or Sunday. There may be delays on public holidays.

    Orders of $15 or less - $5

    Orders of $30 $20* or more - Free Shipping

    Express postage is available for an extra fee of A$6.40 and Express shipping to New Zealand is A$20.45. You will have the option to choose express shipping when you are going through the checkout.

  • Return Policy
  • Faulty Items

    If an item is believed to be broken or faulty, then you must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving it, any longer and you risk the return not being accepted. Return shipping will be payed by the customer and once it has been returned and inspected for faults, you will have the option of a full refund for the total of the item and cost of return shipping.

    Note: We make this process a priority and can guarantee the refund will be processed within 24 hours upon us receiving the item.

    Change of Mind Returns

    There are strictly no change of mind returns. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns that are not faulty.
